People in Maine never cease to amaze us. There’s an animal sanctuary out there, supported by a family, with no help from anyone else. They have rescued horses, alpacas, a llama, cats, dogs, chickens and one lone rabbit from unsafe and tenuous situations and provide loving care for all. Maybe for the first time, they have asked for help to provide veterinary care for their alpacas. They asked for very little and we were happy to help.
